PAY_CH_CE_SAPHR_003 - Assign Higher Level Groupings (CE)

With this Customizing activity, you can assign the groupings for insurance to higher level groupings. This is required, if you have to ensure different groups of persons with different contribution rates with one insurance and the limits are to be assessed together.

You are using multiple payroll for Switzerland.

In the Customizing for Payroll Switzerland and Other Insurance Switzerland -> Contribution Rates, you have maintained the contribution rates for insurance.

One person has two employment contracts. The contribution rates for accident insurance are different because different risk categories apply. In the activity voluntary accident insurance contribution rates, you have assigned the contribution rates to the groupings for insurance. Since different contribution rates are used, you have maintained two different groupings for insurances.

You have entered the same limits for both insurance groupings. The limits should only be set once. You thus assign these two groupings for insurance in the current activity to a higher level grouping.
