PAY_CH_ELM40_0211 - Control Data Extraction (CE)

In this Customizing activity, you need to define the reports and variants for each ELM version and application key for Switzerland.

Note:

The CE versions (CE = Concurrent Employment) of the programs are not released for ELM 4.0 yet. Hence, you have to assign the non CE-enabled versions in this Customizing activity. The CE version of program ELM universal evaluation (RPLELMC2_ELM_CE), which can be used without restrictions.

1. Copy the sample entries from client 000.
2. Do not change the report names.
3. Use the sample variants to create your own variants for the reports.
4. Enter your own variants in the column Variant.

If you map more than one enterprise or country/region version in your system, the system uses the payroll unit to check the enterprises. To do so, the system must evaluate the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) for all persons to determine the affiliation to the payroll unit.

To accelerate the processing of the data extractor, you can do the following:

• Enter the payroll areas for Switzerland on the selection screen of your own variants.

• Determine the enterprise in the Customizing activity Store Personnel Subarea Extras for ELM.
