In this activity, you create the required WS-Security identities.
These WS-Security identities are required to be able to subsequently import the certificates.

The transmitter certificate is specific to the SAP product used. Therefore, create a separate WS-Security identity for each SAP product. You can also create the WS-Security identities for products that you are not currently using.

The following WS-Security identities and descriptions are recommended:

  • For the distributor certificate (public key):
  • Identity: ZELMPU

  • Description: "ZELMPU/ELM Distributor Cert. "

  • for the transmitter certificate (private key) for SAP ERP Human Capital Management:
  • Identity: ZELMPR

  • Description: "ZELMPR/ERP OnPrem (ELM 4.0 manufacturer’s certificate)"

  • for the transmitter certificate (private key) for SAP SuccessFactors Central Integration to SAP Business Suite:
  • Identity: ZELMP2

  • Description: " ZELMP2/SF EC (ELM 4.0 manufacturer’s certificate)"

  • for the transmitter certificate (private key) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll:
  • Identity: ZELMP3

  • Description: " ZELMP3/SF ECPAY (ELM 4.0 manufacturer’s certificate)"

These default values are already referenced in the view B2A Constants (area: ELM, document type: 0004). If you create your own other WS-Security identities, you then need to adjust the constant values in the activity Edit B2A Constants.

Call the activity and create the required WS-Security identities for the distributor certificate and for the transmitter certificates.
