PAY_CH_ELM_0500 - Change Internal Institution ID

In this Customizing activity, you can define the IDs for all institutions or final recipients.

You create the wage notification for an enterprise and send it to various institutions or final recipients.

The SAP standard setting differentiates between internal and external IDs.

You can initially specify identical internal and external IDs. Note that the assignment between internal and external IDs is not an appropriate grouping mechanism. This assignment must always be a 1:1 assignment.

For this reason, always use the assignment of a payroll unit to an internal institution ID instead for a grouping.

If the specification for the structure and format of the IDs used in the XML file is changed, you may need to assign different external IDs later.
