You use this Customizing activity to determine which address is used for an employee's withholding tax return. The attribute CHADR returns the address types for different subapplications. Use subapplication QAB to return the address type for the withholding tax calculation.

You use the BAdI Determine Employee Address (HRPAYCHQSTEEADR) to override the determination of the address type.
