PAY_CH_QSTNEU_080 - Specify Validity for Subapplications QST2 and QST3

You use this Customizing to activate subapplications QST2 and QST3. Only when these subapplications are valid can the system use the withholding tax based on payroll functions.

Subapplication QST1 is also used for the withholding tax. This must remain active when you use withholding tax accounting based on payroll functions.

Adjust the validity-from date for the entries QST2 (withholding tax calculation (class-based)) and QST3 (WHT calculation as of 2021).

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
