PAY_CH_ZVB_000 - Statement of Income from Work While Registered Unemployed: Overview

To create a statement of income from work while registered unemployed for an employee, create an infotype record Statement of Income from Work While Registered Unemployed (3394).

If you create a new infotype record or choose the Insert Default Values pushbutton, the system determines default values for some fields. For this, the system evaluates the following information:

1. Infotype Employer Statement (0600):
   If there is an infotype record in IT 0600, some values are copied from here as initial default values. (See table below.)
2. Payroll result:
   If a value can be determined based on a cumulation wage type from the last created payroll result, this value is copied as the default value. For details on the cumulation wage types, see the relevant data element documentation.
3. BAdI Statement of Income from Work While Registered Unemployed Default Values
   Each default value van be overwritten by the BAdI Statement of Income from Work While Registered Unemployed Default Values (HRPAYCHZVB_DEFAULTS).
