PAY_CL_AB_307 - Specify Wage Types for Subsidy and Complement Basis

In this Customizing activity you specify whether or not a wage type shall be considered when determining the calculation basis for absence subsidy and complement.

You do so by means of processing class 70.

This processing class is read by the HR-CL - Subsidy basis evaluation (CLS0) rule in the CLS0 subschema, during a payroll simulation process.

You execute the payroll simulation by means of the Calculation for Subsidy and Complement (RPCPAYCL_SUBSIDY) report.

Before performing this activity you need to create wage types. To do that, follow the instructions under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Wage Type Concept.

To perform this activity proceed as follows:

1. Select a wage type.
2. Enter the corresponding value of processing class 70.

Please note that the default value is 0 (zero), that is, the wage type is not considered when determining the calculation basis for absence subsidy and complement. If you want a wage type to be considered, you must change the specification in processing class 70 to 1 (one).

1. Save your entries.
