PAY_CL_AB_308 - Valuate Absences According to Type

In this Customizing activity, you indicate that a wage type is relevant for a specific absence type, for subsidy and complement calculation purposes.

Before performing this activity you need to create wage types. To do that, follow the instructions under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Wage Type Concept.

To perform this activity proceed as follows:

1. Select a wage type.
2. Enter the corresponding value of processing class 83.
3. Save your entries.

The Subsidy and Complement calculation (CLSCA) function and the Calculate subsidy totals (CLST) rule process all wage types with values 1, 2 and 3 in this processing class.

The calculation of the subsidy and complement is different depending on the absence type.
