PAY_CL_EZ_003 - Check Monthly Extreme Zone Deduction Limit

In this activity you can check the maximum amount of extreme zone tax benefit that can be deducted from the tax calculation basis.

This is the limit the system uses in monthlypayroll runs.

By means of function CLTAX, the system:

1. Compares this maximum limit to the calculated extreme zone tax benefit (/T23 x percentage).
2. Saves the result in Extreme Zone Deductible wage type (/TZE).
3. Deducts wage type /TZE from the income tax calculation basis.

This value is stored in constant EZMEN, and you must not modify it.

SAP provides the current value in accordance with the applicable law at any given moment.
