PAY_CL_IF_001 - Specify Personnel Action Codes

In the output of legal reports for Chile, the system informs personnel actions using the codes defined by the institution which receives each report.
In this customizing activity, you inform which codes each institution defines for the relevant personnel actions.
Note
The system uses the settings you make in this activity when executing the following reports:
- PREVIRED Interface(HCLCPRVD0)
- CCAF Interface (HCLCICAF0)
- Statement of Family Allowance Contributions (CCAF)(HCLCCCAF0)
- Statement of Pension Fund Contributions (AFP)(HCLCAFP0)
- Statement of Health Insurance Contributions (ISAPRE)(HCLCISPR0)
- Statement of Heavy Work Contributions(HCLCHW0)
Execute this activity. Select the name of the program for which you want to make the settings and follow the steps described below.
- To enter codes for absences: The steps depend on the settings you have made in the preceding customizing activity, Define Reading of Absences.
- If you have kept the value of SBSDY as 1:
- Enter a value in field Attendance or Absence Type (AWART)
- Enter the corresponding Personnel Action Code (PCL_CODMV)
- Leave the remaining columns empty and save your entries.
- If you have changed the value of SBSDY to 0:
- Enter a value in field Action type (MASSN).
- Enter a value in field Reason for action (MASSG). This step is optional.
- Enter a value in field Attendance or Absence Type (AWART).
- Enter the corresponding Personnel Action Code (PCL_CODMV).
- Save your entries.
- To enter codes for other personnel actions:
- Enter a value in field Action type (MASSN).
- Enter a value in field Reason for action (MASSG). This step is optional.
- Enter the corresponding Personnel Action Code (PCL_CODMV).
- Save your entries.
