PAY_CL_IF_002 - Define Reading of Absences

In this customizing activity, you define from where the system reads your employee's absence data.

The system uses the settings you make in this activity when executing the following reports:

• PREVIRED Interface (HCLCPRVD0)

• CCAF Interface (HCLCICAF0)

• Statement of Family Allowance Contributions (CCAF) (HCLCCCAF0)

• Statement of Pension Fund Contributions (AFP)(HCLCAFP0)

• Statement of Health Insurance Contributions (ISAPRE)(HCLCISPR0)

• Statement of Heavy Work Contributions (HCLCHW0)

You define from where the system reads the absence data by means of configuration option SBSDY:

• If your company does NOT handle absences as personnel actions, the system must read the data from the Absencesinfotype (2001). This is the standard setup of the system. The value of SBSDY is set to 1 and you must not change it.

• If your company handles absences as personnel actions, the system must read the data from the Personnel Actions infotype (0000). You must execute this activity, changing the value of SBSDY to 0.
