PAY_CL_IF_012 - Define Heavy Work Job Names

In this Customizing activity, you define the Heavy Work job names to be reported in the PREVIRED interface.

This activity is only relevant if you have employees who have jobs classified as heavy work.

Execute this Customizing activity and enter the following data:

• Attribute value: In this field, enter the Heavy Work Job Code. This is a number with a maximum of ten digits, for your internal reference.

• Start date

• End date

• Description for fixed value: In this field, enter the Heavy Work Job Name. This is the name which will be stated in the PREVIRED Interface.

• You create a record in the Personal IDs (0185) infotype, with subtype Heavy Work Job Name (04), for each employee whose job is classified as heavy work. On the infotype screen, in the HW Job Code field, you must enter one of the numbers you have customized in this activity.

• You execute the PREVIRED Interface (HCLCPRVD0) report, the system reads the HW Job Code field in the employee's infotype 0185 and searches for the Heavy Work Job Name in the table view you have customized in this activity. Thus, the output of the report shows the Heavy Work Job Name.
