In this Customizing activity, you specify HR Attributes to set the date limit used by the PREVIRED Interface (HCLCPRVD0) report for adjustments made after the termination date for an employee whose employment was terminated in the current period.

The system determines the limit date based on the number of days that you specify. These days are added to the end of each period. You set HR Attribute AT_NUM_DAYS to set the number of days to be used by the report to set the limit of the period. Note: The report uses the limit days only if the configuration option LTPRV (LATE PREVIRED) is activated, as specified in Customizing activity Specify Option for Adjustments after Termination.

You create an HR Attribute Group that contains HR Attribute CL_PRVD_LIM_DAYS; you set this attribute to specify a company for which to set the limit days. For the HR Attribute Group, you can then set HR Attribute AT_NUM_DAYS to specify the number of limit days.

You can use HR Attribute Group GR_PRVD_BUKRS as a model and copy it to create a new group for each company (if necessary), and set a different number of days to be added to the end of the period in which the termination occurs.

Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:

  1. Select a HCM Localization.
  2. In Define HR Attribute Groups, select an HR Attribute group that specifies a company for HR Attribute CL_PRVD_LIM_DAYS.
  3. In Define HR Attribute Values, for HR Attribute AT_NUM_DAYS, specify the following:
  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • In Customizable Value of HR Attribute, specify a number of days
