In this activity you check the maximum limit that the system applies to the pensionable income (wage type /102), when calculating contributions to mutual insurance associations. These contributions refer to your employee's insurance against work accidents and work-related diseases.

This value is stored in the following payroll constants:

Employees affiliated to the public pension system or "old" pension system (INP)

  • MXMOM (Monthly limit)
  • MXMOS (Semi-monthly limit)
  • MXMOW (Weekly limit)

Employees affiliated to the private pension system (AFP)

  • MXMUM (Monthly limit)
  • MXMUS (Semi-monthly limit)
  • MXMUW (Weekly limit)

SAP provides the current value in accordance with the applicable law at any given moment. You must not modify the values of the constants.
