PAY_CL_OC_101 - Define Relevant Off-Cycle Reasons for Legal Reports

In this Customizing activity you determine that, when previous payroll results are calculated retroactively by an off-cycle payroll, the Chilean legal reports shall read the payroll results with status indicator A (current) instead of O (original).

In the standard system, the legal reports read the original payroll results.

You edit the feature CLROC and enter the Off-cycle payroll reasons for which you want the behavior of the legal reports to change.

As a result, if an off-cycle payroll with that reason is executed, the legal reports read the retroactively calculated payroll results with status indicator A (current) for both of the following:

• Payroll results generated by the Off-cycle run

• Payroll results retroactively calculated by the Off-cycle run
