In this activity, you determine if and how a wage type cumulates in the Total deductible amount (wage type /104).

The system uses this amount to determine the total tax benefits the employee is entitled to. That is, to determine how much should be deducted from his or her taxable income for tax calculation purposes.

Before performing this activity you need to create wage types. To do that, follow the instructions under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Wage Type Concept.

To perfom this activity:

  1. Select a wage type.
  2. Enter the corresponding value of processing class 60.
  3. Save your entries.
