PAY_CL_TER_010 - Check Number of Days for Dismissal Notice

In this Customizing activity you check how many days in advance the employer must notify an employee of his or her dismissal, according to Chilean legislation.

If this notice is not given, the employer must pay the employee severance pay in substitution of notice. The amount corresponds to one month's salary.

The system performs this calculation by means of the Termination: Get all severances (P0713) function.

The number of days is defined by law and SAP delivers the current value in constant DPREA. You must not change this value.
