PAY_CO_DT_004 - Report for data transfer from external systems

Use

In this Customizing activity, you perform the transfer of payroll data from external systems to the SAP system by means of Report for data transfer from external systems(HCOULKT0).

The program reads the sequential files generated from the external system data and maintains the following tables:

• Transfer of wage accounts: Payroll Periods: T558B

• Transfer of wage accounts: Prev. wage type: T558C

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COSSO: T7COT1

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COSSA: T7COT2

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COSEV: T7COT3

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COABS: T7COT4

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COBTR: T7COT5

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COGAR: T7COT6

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COTAX: T7COT7

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COAVA: T7COT8

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COPRO: T7COT9

• Transfer of External Payroll Results: COICC: T7COTA

The loading of T558Band T558C tables must be done at the same time. With the other tables, it makes no difference if they are uploaded at the same time or one by one.

If the system is unable to read any of the sequencial files while running the program, the tables will not be maintained.
