PAY_CO_RET_005 - Activate tax releice for ICETEX interests

Act 2010 created a new tax relief for interest on ICETEX loans (Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad) as of January 2020.

In this Customizing activity you activate the application of this tax relieve.

No tax relieve for interests for ICETEX loans are applied in the standard system.

If you want the system to apply a tax relieve to the interests for ICETEX loans, run this activity.

Enter the configuration option L2010 in view V_T5F99K2 with value '1' (Applies).

If you activate the tax relieve, the calculation is carried out like this:

• In infotype Withholding at source(0830) you select the type of relieve 'I' (ICETEX loan interests).

• The system applies the tax relieve to the interests for ICETEX loans by generating wage type /T28 (Icetex Interests TAX).
