PAY_CO_SS_001 - Define ARL contributions with zero days worked

In this Customizing activity you define whether contributions are generated to the general occupational risk system (ARL) when the employee is absent throughout the entire payroll period (i.e., has zero days worked).

The standard system does NOT calculate ARL contributions when the employee has zero days worked.

If you wish to change the system behavior, run this activity and update the configuration setting APARL in view V_T5F99K2.

The possible values are:

• Value 0: The system calculates ARL contributions when the employee has zero days worked.

• Value 1 (standard behavior): The system does NOT calculate ARL contributions when the employee has zero days worked.

Note

If you run this activity and no record for the APARL configuration setting exists in view V_T5F99K2, you must create the record and enter the value corresponding to the desired behavior in field Value.
