In this Customizing activity, you can specify the company data in the A1 notification procedure using the Reporting personnel area.

For the following settings, use subapplication A1 - Company Data (A1UD).

• In Customizing for Payroll: Germany -> Personnel Area Reporting, create the company for the A1 notification procedure with the Customizing activities Define Reporting Personnel Area and Assign Reporting Personnel Area Directly.

• Using Customizing activity Configure Addresses, you must enter an address for address type Company Address(CA).

• In the Customizing activity Enter Data on Reporting Personnel Area, you enter the data to determine the administrator in the Determination of Administrator group box. Do not make any entries in the Address of Recipient group box.
