PAY_DE_A1_ESS_020 - BAdI: Control Value Determination for Fields in Infotype 0700 (DXA1)

You can use Business Add-In (BAdI) Control Value Determination for Fields in Infotype 0700 (DXA1) (HRESS_A1_SUPPLEMENTARY_FIELDS) to determine how the fields from infotype Electronic Data Exchange(0700) Subtype DXA1 that the user did not fill within the ESS scenario should be filled.

When implementing this BAdI, you can use the implementation delivered in the standard SAP system. When creating your own BAdI implementations (customer-specific classes), you can copy or inherit from the sample class available. Note that when inheriting from the sample classes, changes and corrections are automatically transferred if they are relevant for methods that you have not changed. This is not the case when you copy the class.

All classes for the implementation of this BAdI use interface IF_EX_HRESS_A1_SUPPL_FIELDS with the following methods:

• SET_PRECONDITIONS
  You can use this method to determine if the fields for the conditions of the posting should be selected when creating infotype Electronic Data Exchange (700), subtype DXA1. For request periods that start before January 1, 2020, the conditions are summarized in checkbox Legal Requirements for Application Are Not Fulfilled.

• SET_SUBTYPE_HOME_ADDRESS
  You can use this method to determine the subtype of infotype Addresses (0006) from which the address data in the home country should be determined.

Standard implementation CL_HRESS_A1_SUPPL_FIELDS_FB specifies the determination of the fields in infotype 0700.

• Prerequisites of the posting are fulfilled.

• Subtype Permanent Residence (1) of infotype Addresses is used for the home country address.
