In this Customizing activity you use the view German Pension Reform: Derived Salary Types (V_T5D2S_A) to assign further wage types to your statement wage types. You can use the view AVmG: Derived Wage Types for Special Rules (V_T5D2U_A) to override this assignment when using special rules.

  • Assign Derived Wage Types
In these wage types, the contributions that are handled differently with regard to tax are placed in a private pension contract. If the available quota is not sufficient for the required tax regulation and if the relevant subsequent wage type does not exist in this view, the contribution is capped accordingly.

  • Assign Derived Wage Types for Special Rules
You perform this activity only if you want to use a special rule in the Pension Provision Act infotype (0699) in a module, where the special rule overrides the assignment of the derived wage types. You use the view AVmG: Derived Wage Types for Special Rules (V_T5D2U_A) to override the assignment from the view German Pension Reform: Derived Salary Types (V_T5D2S_A) (see above).
Example:
After Customizing has been performed for the module used, the wage type M850 is distributed using the view German Pension Reform: Derived Salary Types (V_T5D2S_A). If the special rule X is specified in infotype 0699, the distribution is to be made in the Derived Tax Wage Types table (T5D2S) with wage type M851 instead of M850.
In the view AVmG: Derived Wage Types for Special Rules (V_T5D2U_A), you have specified the wage type M851 as the derived wage type for the special rule X and wage type M850. Due to the override, table T5D2S is read again and thus used with the wage type M851 instead of the wage type M850.
