PAY_DE_AVMG_410 - Activate subapplication for automatic correction in retroactive accounting.

In this Customizing activity, you can use subapplication AVKO (AVmG: Automatic Correction of Subsidy Amount as per Section 100 Sec. 100 (+Al)) to activate the automatic correction functionality for retroactive accounting.

Possible reasons for using the automatic correction may be regular retroactive changes, for example the deferred processing of time wage types.

Note that when applying the automatic correction, all reasons for changes can influence the wage according to Sec. 100 EStG (/45Y) and the subsidy benefit (/45X). If the subapplication is active, the wage types for a manual correction for the subsidy amount (M858 and M859) remains obsolete.

Manually enter the subsidy amount for individual payroll periods using model wage type M85L (technical wage type /44Y). Then an automatic/manual correction for these periods is not possible.

To activate subapplication AVKO, carry out the following steps:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Create an entry for subapplication BUEZ from the required start date and choose the end date December 31, 9999.
3. Choose Save.
