You can use this Customizing activity to assign additional wage types to cumulation wage type AUB2(Continued Gross Pay from Payments Not Partially Factored), which belongs to subapplication SVAU(Reimbursement of ER Expenses: Fictitious Run Incapacity to Work).

Cumulation wage types AUB1(continued gross pay from factored remuneration elements (correction)) and AUAG (continued employer contributions (correction)) also belong to subapplication SVAU, to which the relevant wage types are already assigned in the standard system and do not usually need to be enhanced.

In fictitious run SVAA (AAG Incapacity to Work), payroll tables WPBP (Work Center/Basic Pay) and SI (Social Insurance) are split for each reimbursement period so that the remuneration is factored to this period. This is the only way to calculate continued remuneration or the resulting SI employer contributions for this period.

However, this procedure only works for salary elements that are factored to individual WPBP splits. Salary elements that are not factored are assigned to a specific WPBP period and lead to an incorrect result. These wage and salary elements must be handled separately in the fictitious run.

In the standard system, the following salary elements that are not factored are already recognized:

  • Imputed Income from Company Car
  • ER Contributions to Capital Formation
  • Regular salary conversions from AVmG (German Pension Reform)

If you have other regular remuneration elements that are not factored, enter the corresponding wage types in cumulation wage type AUB2. Otherwise they would lead to incorrect results in the fictitious run.

The relevant wage types are already assigned to the cumulation wage types AUB1and AUAGin the standard system and therefore do not have to be enhanced.

  1. In view Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (V_T596I) (HCM Localization 01, subapplication SVAU), check whether cumulation wage type AUB2contains all relevant wage types.
  2. If you want to assign additional wage types to cumulation wage type AUB2 , start the activity and choose Country Grouping 01 and Subapplication SVAUin the dialog box.
  3. Choose New Entries and assign the required wage types to the cumulation wage type AUB2.
  4. Save your entries.
