You use this activity to define the personnel subarea that contains the sender's address.
The subapplication ELEN is available for this purpose.

If the employer is not the sender of the notification file, you must also maintain the reporting personnel area for the subapplication ELAG. To do this, execute the Customizing activity Define Reporting Personnel Area under Payroll: Germany -> ELENA -> Information about Employer for Deviation of Data Providers.
