PAY_DE_B2A_ELENA_050 - Enter Data on Reporting Personnel Area

A report or survey often requires specific information about the reporting operating unit (for example, the recipient, the name of the administrator who will respond to any further queries, an identifying company number, and so on).

In this Customizing activity, you can define this data for the subapplicationELEN.

The Send Using group box with the selection options Communication Server and E-Mail is also available for the subapplication ELEN.

For the subapplication ELEN, enter the address key for the administrator specified in the previous Customizing activity.

In the program, the address key (which comprises the personnel area and personnel subarea) is used to determine the address of the sender of the notification file. For documentation purposes, you can enter this address in the Address of Recipient group box.

If the e-mail procedure is used for confirmations, the e-mail address maintained here is used in the Data Record Communication (DSKO) and used by the ZSS (German central data storage office) as the e-mail address for the confirmation.
