PAY_DE_B2A_FIN_220 - Enter Additional Employment Tax Data

If you want to enter and report additional data to that required by law, you must maintain the cumulation wage types and the assignment of the payroll wage types to the cumulation wage types.

You can then use feature DTXTL to control which additional wage types are to be displayed.

You also maintain the assignment of the cumulation wage types to predefined tags.

To issue a statement for additional data, proceed as follows:

1. Maintain the cumulation wage types for HCM localization 01 and the subapplication created in the Customizing activity Define Subapplication for Additional Data.

Enter Zxx0as the name for the cumulation wage types, where xx can be a value between 01 and 10. You can therefore define a maximum of ten cumulation wage types, which are then printed on the employment tax card after the information required by law.

1. Maintain the assignment of the payroll wage types to the created cumulation wage types for HCM localization 01 and the relevant subapplication.
2. Maintain feature DTXTL for the newly created subapplication.

This specifies which subapplication is to be used to create the voluntarily reported statement data with ELSTER. For more information about feature DTXTL, see the feature documentation.

Specify the organizational assignment and the statement year as the input parameters of the feature. Specify the subapplication as the output parameter.

1. Maintain the assignment of the cumulation wage types to predefined tags.
