PAY_DE_B2A_KK_005 - Virus Scan of Incoming Social Insurance Data

With the procedures using electronic notifications in social insurance (such as payment offices, notifications for professionals pension, and DEUEV) and with ELENA (electronic remuneration statement), health insurance data or pension insurance data (ZSS) is imported into the HR system and processed further. When the data is imported into the HR system, the system checks the signature prior to starting processing to ensure that the data originated from the health insurance fund or from the pension insurance and that the data has not been changed. If this is not the case, the data is not processed further. If the incoming notification data also needs to be scanned for viruses, this is possible using the optional anti-virus interface.

If the data check is activated for the profile /PC01/INCOMING, it is performed at the following stages in the program:

• When the e-mail inbox is used for social insurance confirmations and ELENA confirmations in the SAP system
  The check is performed in the class CL_HR_B2A_DE_PKCS7_KK_IN in the method PROCESS_SVEMAIL. This method is run when an e-mail to a specific recipient is added to HR social insurance processing using transaction SO50 (Rules for Inbound Distribution).
  (This transaction is available in the system following the HR fiscal year change 2009/2010.)

• ELENA – Collection of responses using the program ELENA – Collection and Confirmation of Processing Results with ZSS (RPCELKD0)
  Once the confirmations have been drawn out of the XML data and decoded, the check is run (delivery with SAP Note 1465292: ELENA: Current improvement, communication, and B2A Manager).

• SI confirmations using the GKV communication server using the report SI: Collection and Confirmation of Processing Results from GKV (RPCSVPD0).
  Once the confirmations have been drawn out of the XML data and decoded, the check is run.
