PAY_DE_B2A_RBM_051 - Change Key Date MeFin Release S06

You use the subapplication RB06 (RBM: MeFin Release S06) to specify when the XML creation for MZ01 notifications occurs in the report RPCRBMD0_OUTBOUND (Create Notification Outbox) according to the schemas of MeFin Release S06.

The German central pension administration office (Zentrale Zulagenstelle für Altersvermögen (ZfA)) only accepts pension receipt notifications concerning benefits year 2010 as of January 1, 2011. Any earlier transfer results in the data record being rejected. According to ZfA, this restriction remains despite the announced replacement date of December 13, 2010 by MeFin Release S06. Therefore, the key date for MeFin Release S06 is stored in the system as January 1, 2011 and not as December 13, 2010.

For test purposes, you can bring forward the validity start date of the subapplication and use it to create XML files in the new format before the actual key date. However, note that XML files in the new format are rejected by the ZfA before the actual key date. Similarly, XML files in the old format are rejected after the actual key date.
