PAY_DE_BEA_010 - Define Parameters for BEA Notifications

In this Customizing activity you define the parameters for the BEA notifications. In the subapplication Creation of BEA Notifications BAER, group your personnel areas and subareas into one reporting unit. For the following settings, use the subapplication BAER:

• Determination of a Reporting Unit Using the Reporting Personnel Area
  In Customizing for Payroll: Germany -> Personnel Area Reporting, create the unit with the Customizing activities Define Reporting Personnel Area and Assign Reporting Personnel Area Directly. If you choose to group by feature, copy the model feature DZUBT (grouping of personnel areas) to your own customer feature. For the attributes of the feature, note the decision options provided in the structure PME01 (Limited P0001 Structure for 549B).

• Determining the employer address for module DBAG Employer Details
  The system determines the personnel area/subarea using subapplication BAER. With this combination, report Create BEA Notifications (RPCBAVD0_OUT) reads the address of the employer from view Addresses via Address Management (V_T536C)with the address type CA.
  

Notes:

1. The fields relating to the contact person for personnel and the contact person for remuneration (in each case, name and telephone number AGAPE, AGAPP, AGTELE, AGTELP) in data module DBAG are not read by the administrator in this subapplication. The name and telephone number are read from the personnel area/subarea from infotype Organizational Assignment (0001) from table Administrator (T526).
   
2. The Company No. of Notifier field (BBNRVU) in the in the notification record DSAB/DSEU/DSNE contains the company number of the employment company. It is the company number of the personnel area/subarea from infotype Organizational Assignment (0001). The grouping under subapplication BAER is not a grouping of the company number of the notifier(s). You just use it to determine the parameters for creating notifications for a reporting unit.

Check if a grouping is necessary to determine the above-mentioned parameters for subapplication BAER.
