In this Customizing activity, you assign the wage types for the subapplication Creation of BEA Notifications (BAER) to the following cumulation wage types:

Leave compensation
  • AASE ,,Non-Recurring UI Gross Remuneration (AB)

In Statement of employment (DSAB) in data module Remuneration(DBEN), one-time payments for leave compensation may not be reported in field Once-Only Social Insurance Gross Remuneration (SVBREGE).
Homeworkers
  • AHU1,,,,Vacation Pay for Homeworkers upon Start of Vacation (AB)

  • AHU2,,,,Vacation Pay for Homeworkers - Regular Remuneration Bonus (AB)

The Vacation Pay (URLEG) and the Paid Vacation Pay (URLEGGEZ) need to be specified in the Statement of Employment(DSAB) in the data module Homeworker(DBHN).
Agreement to Preserve Employment/Reintegration
  • AFBR,, Fictitious Gross Agreement to Preserve Employment/Reintegration (AB)

In the case of an agreement to preserve employment for payroll periods between March 1, 2020 and December 31, 2022, the remuneration that the relevant employees would have received without the agreement and without overtime should be reported in field Fictitious Gross (FIBR) of the Statement of Employment (DSAB), data module Remuneration (DBEN)
For periods with a gradual reintegration into working life (Sec. 74 SGB V), for which the remuneration was reduced, the remuneration that the employee would have received without the reduced working hours due to reintegration into working life must be reported.

Cumulation wage type AASE(non-recurring UI gross remuneration (AB)) contains the following sample wage types with arithmetic operator - (minus):

  • M160,,Leave Compensation (Amount)
  • M164,,Leave compensation/Leaving
  • M165,,Leave compensation current year
  • M166,,Leave Compensation previous year,,

The two cumulation wage types AHU1 and AHU2 do not have any entries in the sample Customizing.

  • Assign the wage types for leave compensation to cumulation wage type AASE(non-recurring UI gross remuneration (AB)) to avoid leave compensation being incorrectly reported in field Once-Only Social Insurance Gross Remuneration (SVBREGE) when creating the employment statement in data module DBEN(remuneration data).
    Note that there is a minus symbol in input field Arithmetic Operator.
  • If you employ homeworkers, assign your customer-specific wage types that contain the corresponding vacation pay for homeworkers to the cumulation way types AHU1 and AHU2.
  • You do not need to add any other customer wage types to the cumulation wage types in the view V_T596J (assignment of wage types to cumulation wage types (customer table)).
