PAY_DE_BW_110 - Set Up Authorizations

Special authorizations are required for statements.

In this Customizing activity, you can assign different authorizations for different statements actions.

Authorization objects

In statements, the system checks the authorization object

• HR-DE: SAPscript Statements (technical name: P_DE_BW).

Depending on the

• Statement Identifier (authorization field BEWID)
  = number of a particular statement

• Functional Area ID for Statements (authorization field BSUBJ)
  = thematic grouping of statements

you can assign authorizations for the following actions (authorization field BACT):

• E = Creation of statements

• A = Asynchronous archiving

• S = Fast entry/ad hoc query

• V = Administration of archived statements (display and delete)

• Z = Administration of archived statements (display only)

• D = Creation of data records
