In this Customizing activity, you assign an administrator or a service center as a contact person for the statements.

In automatically created statements, the form of address, name, and telephone number of the assigned contact person is printed in the relevant statement.

The contact person whose name is printed does not have to be the same as the administrator who creates the statement.

  1. Under User, enter the user name of the administrator that creates the statements. This is usually the HR Administrator in your enterprise.
  2. Under Form of Address, enter the form of address key (for example, 1 for Mr.). You can also use the selection help.
  3. Under Name, enter the name of the person or service center that is to be printed on the statements as the contact person. Exactly one contact person is assigned to each administrator.
  4. Under Telephone, enter the telephone number of the contact person.
  5. Choose Save.

Administrator Wilson is to create statements. However, the administrator Miller is to appear on the statement as the contact person.
