PAY_DE_EHAK_100 - Define Reporting Personnel Area

The Personnel Area Reporting function is used in the labor costs census. This contains two points:
- Grouping of personnel areas and subareas to a reporting operating unit
- Specification of particular company data
This means the following for the labor costs census:
- If the personnel areas and subareas are not mapped in the way that they are to be reported to the State Statistics Office, they can be grouped accordingly
For the survey for the services area, the company offices are to be merged for each state
- In the census, data is queried that is not stored in the system, such as the administrator or industry. It is especially important to enter the company’s business segment, that is, whether you are part of the Manufacturing Industry or Service Industry. The form to be generated is selected according to your selection.
Under Personnel Area Reporting, merge your personnel areas and subareas as required and then store the related data. Select the EHAK – Labor Costs Census subapplication for this purpose.<
This data must be stated so that the survey can be created.
