PAY_DE_EHAK_300 - Specification of External Data

Some data is not available in payroll, such as Line 60 Material and External Costs for Staff Facilities.
This data needs to be carefully estimated or you need to find it out from other areas, such as Accounting. It can then be predefined here for each reporting operating unit and cumulation wage type.

Enter the external data for each reporting operating unit and cumulation wage type. The following data definitely has to be entered:

• C1U3 "Value in Table T5D3R: Ident Number of Company Division" (Figure 001U3)
  = Current, three-digit number of company division

• C003 "Value in Table T5D3R: Number of Units" (Figure 013)
  = number of units of a company division.
