Reporting Personnel Area

The Personnel Area Reporting functionality is used in the earnings survey (Customizing activities under Payroll: Germany -> Personnel Area Reporting). This contains two points:

  1. Grouping of personnel areas and subareas to a reporting operating unit
  2. Specification of particular company data

If the personnel areas and subareas are not mapped in the way that they are to be reported to the State Statistics Office, they can be grouped accordingly.

Under the general Customizing activity Personnel Area Reprting (Payroll: Germany -> Personnel Area Reporting ), group your personnel areas and subareas under subapplicationEHVM (earnings survey (monthly)), if necessary.

Even if there is no grouping, you must enter the State Statistics Office to be surveyed as the addressee for the reporting personnel area. The address data of the State Statistics Office is used to determine the reporting recipient. Enter the address data under Configure Addresses. Report Create Earnings Survey XML Notification File (RP_PAYDE_EHVM_CREATE_FILES) uses the federal state in this address to determine the state office as the recipient (in XML file STAID).

You must enter at least one sender with a logon ID in subapplication EHAB (sender of statistics to eSTATISTIK.core). Under this subapplication, enter a sending personnel subarea with the required data. The sender address, administrator, and the logon ID are required for eStatistik.core.

If you have to carry out the earnings structure survey for several company subareas, you can use subapplication EHAB to group the companies previously grouped using subapplication EHVM into one sending company subarea. This means that the earnings survey notifications of several reporting unit IDs are grouped and recorded in one XML file for each sender.
