PAY_DE_EHVM_020 - Maintain Company Data

In this Customizing activity you enter various additional reporting company data that is required for the earnings survey. This includes, for example, data about the pay scale agreement commitment or whether or not the company was affected by a merger or division.

The data is transferred when creating the earnings survey notifications.

Information about reduced working hours, seasonal reduced working hours, and strikes are automatically created using report Create Earnings Survey Notifications (RP_PAYDE_EHVM_CREATE_NOTIFS).

Enter the address data from the State Statistics Office. Report Create Earnings Survey XML Notification File (RP_PAYDE_EHVM_CREATE_FILES) uses the federal state in this address to determine the report recipient (State Statistics Office).

Enter the necessary data for the company. You can find the nine-digit reporting unit ID on the statistics form.
