PAY_DE_EHVS_400 - Assign Collective Agreement Numbers

To create the earnings structure survey/special survey on earnings, you must assign a sequence number to the collective agreements that you use within your company. In the survey file, this sequence number is assigned to each employee.
You also specify whether the collective agreement is a free agreement.
Note:
Note that, for a free collective agreement, you use the Customizing activity Assign Benefits Groups to maintain the statistical benefits group for the assignments to wage group.
The feature is transferred as a parameter for the report Earnings Structure Survey/Special Survey on Earnings (RPCEHCD1).
Edit the feature Assignment of Numbers to Collective Agreements for Survey of Earnings (DGLTR) or a corresponding customer feature according to your company data.
State all pay scale types and pay scale areas to be considered for the earnings structure survey as a variable key.
The number for the collective agreement and a decision on whether the collective agreement is a free agreement are return values of this feature. The total return value has the following structure:

- Y – Collective agreement number
- Z - "X": Collective agreement is a free agreement
- - " ": Collective agreement is not a free agreement
