PAY_DE_EHVS_500 - Enter Additional Data for Reporting Company

In this Customizing activity you enter various additional reporting personnel area data that is required for the earnings structure survey/special survey on earnings. For example, information about earning regulations, working time, and government influence.
You can also record other data for the special survey on earnings. This data is required for adjustment measures that may be triggered in a business due to the increase of the minimum wage (for example, increase of hourly remuneration rate, reduction of working time, hiring/dismissal of employees etc.).
Upon creation of the statistics, this data is transferred to the XML file.
You can find valid numbers for earning regulations under www.destatis.de\tarifdatenbank.
Enter the necessary data for the reporting company.
The nine-digit statistics company number is printed on the statistics form.
Notes:
- This is not the eight-digit company number assigned by the German Federal Employment Agency.
- As of 2010, only 11-digit numbers are permitted (input fields under Verdienstregelungen (Earning Regulations)).
- As of 2010, it is mandatory to make an entry in input field Branche Mindestlohnsektor (Industry Minimum Wage Sector).
- As of 2014, if you do not use any earnings regulations for certain employees in a reporting company. Individual contracts may only be drawn up in accordance with a non-collective agreement. In this case, enter "9" (99999999999) eleven times as the earnings regulation. Check that these employees have been assigned this number in feature DGLTR.
