You use the Business Add In (BAdI) BADI_HRPAYDE_EL_AZVERGLEICH to determine the average, regular working time of a comparable full-time employee in hours per week for the BEA procedure.

The working time in the BEA procedure is needed in the data module Working Time (DBAZ) if, for example, there is a semi-retirement agreement.

The entries for the method GET_AZVERGLEICH are the infotype records Planned Working Time (0007) and Semi-Retirement D (0521) as well as the table WPBP from the current payroll. You use the parameters IV_BEGDA and IV_ENDDA to transfer the time period that is covered by the corresponding BEA notification.

The output table ET_ERRORS contains error messages. The notification program evaluates these errors. This means the status of the corresponding BEA notification is created incorrectly.

In the standard delivery, the average, regular working time of a comparable full-time employee is read from pay scale table T510I. In addition, BAdI HRPBSDE_TRWAZ is called (overriding the scaled weekly working hours from T510i) if there are discrepancies in the weekly working hours in table T510I. However, the BAdI HRPBSDE_TRWAZ does not have to be implemented if the working hours maintained in table T510I are correct.

If no entry is found in table T510I, the daily working hours (ARBST) from WPBP (payroll result: work place/basic pay) are multiplied with the weekly working hours WKWDY).

Use the standard implementation or create and activate your own implementation.
