According to the German Pay Transparency Act, employees are entitled to receive information about salaries. The employee has a right to receive information about the median of the average gross remuneration of employees of the opposite gender that have a comparable occupation. In addition, you can request the average amount of up to two individual remuneration components.

You can find more information in report Comparison Remuneration for Infromation acc. to the German Pay Transparency Act (RPCETGD0). This report determines the median of the average remuneration of an employee comparison group in accordance with the German Pay Transparency Act.
