PAY_DE_ETG_050 - BAdI: Information Comparison Remuneration

This BAdI contains the following methods to set up the calculation of the comparison remuneration:

• PRUEFE_RELEVANZ_PERNR

In this routine, a personnel number that has already been selected can be removed from the comparison group. This is done in the fallback class if the gender of the person currently being processed is not different to that of the requester.

• PRUEFE_RELEVANZ_MONAT

Depending on the cumulation wage type, you can decide here if the month should be included in the average calculation or not.

• TEILZEIT_HOCHRECHNEN

The remuneration elements reduced for part-time employees can be extrapolated to receive the full-time equivalent. In the fallback class, this is only done via an extrapolation using the capacity utilization level in infotype Basic Pay (0008).

• PRUEFE_RELEVANZ_FINAL

After processing all payroll results, a personnel number can be checked again (depending on the cumulation wage type) to determine if it should remain in the comparison group or if it should be removed.

Create your own implementation. Ideally, you should select "Inherit from Example Class". In this way, you can easily use the standard coding of the example class (identical to the fallback class) and enhance it with your own requirements.
