In this Customizing activity, you can specify the output type to be used for each form group of a HCM localization. If the system prints the special print form, it uses the output type that you have assigned here.

Example

For the contribution statement, form group HR._DE_SVEN, you want to assign output type PDF instead of the standard output type SC (SAP script).

  1. Enter HCM localization 01.
  2. Enter the following values in the Customizing view:
  • Print form type: PDF

  • Valid from/to: 1/1/2016 - 12/31/9999

  • Set the standard print form type indicator.

You can check the standard settings for the form groups under Check Standard Output Type.
