PAY_DE_PS_AZV - Check Absence Type RWT Day

In this step, you check the absence type for the reduced working time (RWT) day. In the standard system, the model absence type OKA1 is used for the RWT day.

Make sure that the absence type is assigned to a suitable time constraint class. A collision of the RWT day with an illness day should cause a termination. Conversely, the input of an illness on a RWT day should be possible and cause a delimitation, in other words, a deletion of the entered RWT day.

Also note the relationship to the delivered model quota 030 for the RWT day. This is defined by the assignment of the absence type to counting rule 030.

If you still need to enter a RWT day on a day already defined as an illness day, you reduce the RWT quota manually using a quota deduction in the Time Quota Compensations infotype (0416)

1. Place the cursor on absence type OKA1 and double click to access the details view.
2. Check your entries.
3. Save your changes.
