In this step, you maintain the absence quota type under which the annual quota for the reduced working time (RWT) days is stored and deducted. The absence quota type also forms the subtype for the Absence Quota infotype (2006).

You can use the absence quota type 30 (RWT Day (public sector)) as a model.

  1. Doble click the absence quota type 30 (RWT Day (public sector)) to access the detaile view.
  2. Check your settings.
  3. Save your entries.
