In this step, you define the possible values for the field P01_OZGRD. The system uses this field in the Child Element and Bonuses subtype of the Family-Related Bonus infotype (0595) (Reason field under Family-Related Bonus). Field P01_OZGRD contains information on the reason for the employee's entitlement to the child element and is not relevant to payroll.

You can modify and enhance the values to suit your requirements. The values that you store here are displayed as the value help when you maintain the subtype.

The standard system contains the most important values.

  1. Maintain the existing entries.
  2. To insert additional entries, choose New entries.
If you make a new entry, also enter a specification.
  1. Save your changes.
