PAY_DE_PS_HWT2 - Define Decision Values
TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
The rules for calculating the personal bonus depend on the collective agreement and partially also on the salary group assignment of the employee within the pay scale, and the pay scale of the transferred activity.
In this Customizing activity, you can define the following possible decision:
- Decision values for the own position
Decision values for the own position are used as return values of feature D0VZ1 (decision value for the own position).
- Decision values for the higher position
Decision values for the higher position are used as return values of feature D0VZ2 (decision value for higher position).
These decision values are required for the decision on the rules for calculating the personal bonus.
The following decision values are available in the sample Customizing:
- Decision values for the own position (differentiation of various pay scale groups):
- TVOD1 (remuneration group 1-8) => Calculation of bonus with percentage method
- TVOD2 (remuneration group 9-15) => Calculation of bonus with difference method
- Decision values for higher position (differentiation of pay scales):
- TV-L (Employee, TV-L)
- TVOD (Employee, TVoeD)
Example 1: Decision value for own position
For employees in remuneration groups 1-8 (calculation using percentage methods) and employees in remuneration groups 9-15 (calculation using difference method), there were different regulations for employees in TVoeD up to February 28, 2018 and in TV-L.
To differentiate between these rules, the following two decision values are created:
Value | Text |
---|
TVOD1 | TVoeD remuneration group 1 to 8 |
TVOD2 | TVoeD remuneration group 9 to 15 |
Example 2: Decision value for higher position
Value | Text |
---|---|
TV-L | Employee TV-L |
TVOD | Employee TVoeD |
