PAY_DE_RVBEA_010 - Register Companies for rvBEA

In this Customizing activity, you can register a company for rvBEA using subapplication Registration for rvBEA (RVRE).

The registration is done based on the company number. Maintain the corresponding personnel area/subarea in table T596M for each company number that should take place in the electronic procedure.
If you have entered more than one personnel area/subarea for a company number in table T5D0P, you must summarize these personnel areas using tables T596L/T596N (or per characteristic).
Note that summaries that differ from this procedure are not possible. The reason is that the last DEUEV notification at the pension insurance fund forms the basis for requesting rvBEA data. The PI checks if a registration exists for this company number. As there is no grouping of the company number and employer in DEUEV, the rvBEA registration must also be done at the level of the employer company number.

The registration for the GML57 subprocedure no longer applies as of July 1, 2021.

The registration for the FORMS subprocedure no longer applies as of July 1, 2022.
